Welcome to Scapade LTD! We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Below, you’ll find all the details about our shipping methods, delivery times, and other important information.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to EU + UK + Switzerland. If your country is not listed, please contact us at info@scapade.net to check if we can accommodate your request.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
4. Shipping Costs
EU: Free shipping may be available for orders over 30 Euros & UK over £40
Switzerland: A flat shipping fee of 20 Euros applies to all orders. Free shipping is not available for Switzerland.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
6. International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and will be collected by the local customs office upon delivery.
7. Delays & Lost Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, customs, carrier issues) may occur. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@scapade.net, and we’ll assist you.
